Non Refundable Rate: if the reservation is cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Standard Rate: If the reservation is cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Check-in time is from 14:00 to 18:00 (outside these hours there is no one available to assist).

Arrivals outside check-in hours are to be confirmed by the staff up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Late check-in from 18:00 to 20:30 is possible on request with no surcharge. Without notification a surcharge of € 30,00 applies. Arrivals between 20:30 and 23:30 come at extra cost of € 30,00. The latest possible check-in is 23:30.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

City tax is not included in the room rate. It must be paid on arrival, € 5,50 per person per night possibly by cash.

Pets aren't allowed.

One child under 6 years is charged EUR 35 per night when using existing beds.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
